We act as an intermediary and do not guarantee job placements, visa approvals, or admission to educational institutions. Final decisions are made by employers, governments, and institutions.

3. Eligibility

• For job placements, you must meet the qualifications and experience required by the employer.

• For study abroad programs, you must meet the academic and language requirements of the institution.

• For travel and visa opportunities, you must meet the eligibility criteria set by the respective country’s immigration authorities.

4. Fees and Payments

• Some services may require payment of fees, which will be clearly communicated to you in advance.

• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Additional costs, such as visa fees, travel expenses, and accommodation, are your responsibility.

• Fee will be refundable if your job permit is denied.

• Applying to embassies of any country, if your visa rejected, VISANAVIGATOR will not responsible for any rejection.

5. Responsibilities of the User

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the application process.

• You are responsible for ensuring that your documents (e.g., passport, CV, certificates) are valid and up-to-date.

• You agree to comply with the laws and regulations of the country where you will work, study, or travel.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any delays, rejections, or issues arising from third-party decisions (e.g., employers, immigration authorities, educational institutions).

• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.
